Being a single mom was not easy, I had to face many challenges in my life. I had to work hard and take care of my children, and many times it felt overwhelming. However, I refused to let any challenges defeat me.

I began to look for examples of empowered women who had overcome similar challenges and had emerged as heroes. As I learned more about these women, I began to see the similarities between their stories and my own. They had all faced challenges and setbacks but refused to let those obstacles stop them from achieving their goals. They had a clear sense of purpose and were willing to make sacrifices to achieve their dreams.

These and many more female role models have shown us that if you know how to, we too can break the norms:

Indira Nooyi: Born in Chennai, Nooyi’s father was a bank employee and her mother was a homemaker. She faced gender discrimination in her early life and worked hard to break through the glass ceiling.

Sudha Murthy – Sudha Murthy is a renowned philanthropist, author, and chairperson of the Infosys Foundation. She is the wife of the co-founder of Infosys, Narayana Murthy. Despite being born into a middle-class family, Sudha Murthy pursued her education and went on to become a successful author and philanthropist.

Arundhati Roy – Arundhati Roy is an Indian author, political activist, and recipient of the Man Booker Prize for her novel, The God of Small Things. She came from a humble background and her father was a tea planter. Despite facing financial struggles, she pursued her education and became a successful author.

I realized that I too possessed some of these Shero-like qualities (the feminine form of superheroes). I was resilient and determined, and I had a clear sense of purpose – to provide the best possible life for my children and the people around me by developing an inspirational mindset.

I decided to adopt the Shero mindset and refused to let the challenges of being a single mom defeat me.

Over time, I began to see the fruits of my labor. My children were thriving, and I was able to provide them with a good life.

Not only that, but I have also excelled in my career, studying at top global universities and institutions like UCLA, ISB & MICA and empowering more women who can be unstoppable!

I realized that adopting the Shero mindset helped me overcome the challenges of being a single mom and made me stronger and more resilient.

My own transformation process and my developed frameworks and ideas have helped other women overcome their challenges and build their Shero brands.

My self-empowerment techniques and confidence building exercises will take you close to fearlessness.
